Refund policy
Custom Orders & Final Sales
All products from Cozart Custom Wear are custom‑made to order.
Because each order is produced specifically for the customer, all custom sales are final once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Embroidery
DTF / heat transfer printing
Hat embroidery
Personalized or branded apparel
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders after production has started.
Proof Approval Policy
Before any order enters production, customers receive a digital proof for approval.
By approving the proof, the customer confirms that all of the following are correct:
Artwork and logo accuracy
Spelling and text
Placement and sizing
Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order is considered final and non‑refundable.
Payment & Production Policy
All orders with Cozart Custom Wear must be paid in full before production begins.
No work will start without full payment received and cleared.
Proof approval and full payment are required before an order is scheduled for production.
Orders will not be printed, embroidered, or pressed with a balance due.
Once full payment is received and production has begun, the order is final and non‑refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before proof approval with no penalty.
Orders canceled after proof approval but before production may be subject to:
Design fees
Digitizing fees
Setup or preparation fees
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds.
Errors & Quality Issues
If Cozart Custom Wear makes an error that does not match the approved proof, we will, at our discretion:
Reprint the affected item(s), or
Issue a partial or full credit
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of order pickup or delivery.
We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Client‑Supplied Garments
For customer‑supplied garments:
All items are decorated at the customer’s risk
We are not responsible for:
Manufacturer defects
Fabric flaws
Shrinkage or dye issues
Damage caused by garment quality
No refunds or replacements will be issued for client‑supplied items.
Shipping & Delivery
Cozart Custom Wear is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
