Cozart Custom Wear

All orders with Cozart Custom Wear are custom‑made to order.

Production begins only after proof approval and full payment are received.

Standard production turnaround is 7–10 business days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Production times may vary based on order size, complexity, and current workload.

Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Shipping options and rates are provided on your invoice or at the time your order is scheduled for shipment.

We ship using carriers such as:

USPS

UPS

FedEx

Shipping costs are based on:

Package size and weight

Delivery location

Selected shipping service

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are determined by the carrier.

Typical transit times:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited shipping: varies by service

Cozart Custom Wear does not guarantee delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.

Cozart Custom Wear is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Carrier service interruptions

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges

Production timelines may be impacted

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier:

Cozart Custom Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

We will provide tracking information to assist with claims.

If local pickup is offered:

Customers will be notified when orders are ready

Orders must be picked up within 10 business days unless otherwise arranged
